Auto labeling machine
SF-ASP-F1-B1 Auto Labelling machine.
1. The machine is designed according to the one color Auto silk screen printer ( ASP/PP), which has high labeling speed and precise registration.
2. Loading sensor inspects the containers to avoid be scratched by conveyor.
3. No container no printing function insures the continuously labeling. Secondly-registration device of round bottle and tooling device of oval bottle ensure labeling precisely.
4. Special sensor for transparent label is available for improving inspection precisely.
5. The machine is mechanical design with PLC and pneumatic control. Meanwhile, universal tooling facilitate tooling change, the labeling speed of oval bottle is about 4200PCS/hour by one operator only. Even can be attached the auto feeding bowl.
6. All types of round, oval and square containers are suitable to be adopted for the machine, material of bottle can be plastic, glass, ceramic and metal and so on.
